You are the focus. Your goals, your dreams, the results you want and expect from therapy will be the first topic.
I will provide a warm, open, nonjudgmental environment. I will be clear with my feedback. I know life is difficult at times and I will offer my experiences and training to guide the therapy.

I am well connected to helpful resources in the community including support groups,
religious groups, physicians, psychiatrists, and other healing practitioners.
If my services are not sufficient to resolve the concern, I will provide appropriate referrals.
We are all in a struggle to shed our limitations, to overcome our obstacles,
and become the best we can possibly be.
My practice is dedicated to that effort.
